Sarah lives in Prescott, Wisconsin with her husband, Andy, and two children. She enjoys traveling, gardening, photography, practicing piano with her daughter (who prefers playing over practicing), and singing songs with her son (who generally adds the word cheese to everything from Twinkle to Jesus Loves Me).

Throughout law school it never crossed her mind to have her own practice — let alone work as an estate planning attorney — but motherhood opened her eyes to a huge need that every parent shares: a sense of security for their children. As she became aware that not even one friend had an estate plan, Sarah realized this area of law presents the opportunity to guide people through the process recognizing its important purpose rather than uneasiness with an uncomfortable topic. She is eager to help you secure your blessings, in every form: the future of your children; your money, savings plans, and life insurance proceeds; your real property; your business; and your own health care decisions.

In 2016, Sarah was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin after graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School; she is also a member of the Saint Croix Valley Bar Association. During her time at UMN Law, Sarah worked as a research assistant in the State and Local Policy Program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs with a focus on transportation issues.

Her paper title "Driving into the Digital Age: How Self-Driving Vehicles Will Change the Law and Its Enforcement" was published in the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, & Technology in 2015. She also co-authored the papers "Criminal Liability Issues Created By Autonomous Vehicles" (Santa Clara Law Review, 2012) and "ITS and Locational Privacy: Suggestions for Peaceful Coexistence" (Journal of Transportation Law, Logistics, and Policy, 2011). Sarah served as Town Chair in the Town of Oak Grove for two terms after being elected in 2013.
